I embarked on a journey that would shape the course of my life in ways I could never have imagined. Little did I know that my path would lead me to become a coach, helping others find their way to success and fulfillment.

My journey into the world of coaching began in 2003 when I found myself on the other side of the coaching relationship – as the client. I vividly remember sitting across from a new and enthusiastic coach, not knowing how this experience would change my life. The results I achieved were nothing short of amazing. It was during these coaching sessions that I first glimpsed the power of unlocking one's potential and identifying a personal "success formula."

Inspired by my transformative journey, I decided to take the plunge into coach training in November of that very year. From that moment on, I have never looked back. What followed has been an incredible odyssey of personal and professional growth, an exploration of the limitless possibilities that exist within ourselves.

Today, I consider myself fortunate to have made coaching my career. It's a profession that not only aligns with my values but allows me to share the knowledge and insights I've gained over the years with individuals and organizations seeking positive change and transformation.

My coaching journey has taken me to diverse corners of the corporate world, where I've had the privilege of working with organizations such as SAPPI, Sasol, Glaxo Smith Kline, Southern Sun, BYP Gypsum, De Beers Marina Namibia, Worldsview Consulting, Discovery, Unilever, TOLL, SAB Miller, SQS, Genus (UK), Bytes Health Care Solutions, University of Free State, ABSA, and countless small business owners. Each encounter has been a unique and enriching experience, contributing to my ever-expanding knowledge and understanding of the human potential for growth and leadership.

As the founder of "Heart in Leadership," I am committed to helping business owners and their teams lead with authenticity, compassion, and purpose. My approach is rooted in the belief that the heart plays a pivotal role in leadership – guiding decisions, fostering connections, and creating meaningful change.
