I know that question well—because I’ve lived it.

I’m Anne-Marie Sevenster, and I work with leaders who have heart. People who care deeply, lead courageously, and are ready to move from swirl to clarity without burning it all down.

Over the past two decades, I’ve led teams, developed leaders, and coached founders, executives, and change-makers who look successful on the outside—but quietly feel stuck, stretched, or out of sync on the inside.

Why I Do This Work


This is personal.

I’ve spent over 20 years supporting leaders—and being one. I’ve worked through burnout, self-doubt, and the pressure to lead while feeling lost.

I’ve always been drawn to the deeper layers—what’s really going on beneath the surface. My work is not about hype or hustle. It’s about creating space for meaningful transformation.

What I’ve learned is that leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about asking the right questions. It’s about alignment over hustle. And most of all—it’s about leading from the inside out.

Heart in Leadership was born from my belief that when leaders lead from wholeness, everything changes.
